Do I need a credit card to sign up?

If you are interested in just browsing the rental listings then you do not need to sign-up for an account. If you are a property owner or manager then you are required to pay a one-time registration fee that gives you immediate access to your account so you can get your property online in minutes.

Do I need to know how to design a website to list my property?

Absolutely Not! With your My Rentals account you can manage and control all aspects of your properties details. Things like Font color, Font Size, etc. are easily changed right within your account. It takes a couple simple steps to get your property online and if you need further help, help is just a call away...

How do people contact me about my listing?

When you add your property you have two options to have people contact you about your listing.

1. Each listing has a custom contact form that keeps you totally anonymous to the person interested in your property.
2. You have the ability to show your personal contact information which includes your name and phone number so persons interested can contact you directly by phone.

Can I show my personal website for my property?

No.

Everytime I try to add or edit my listing or a feature of my property it does not show up or change.

If you are having difficulties making changes or additions to one of your listings, this is most likely a problem with your computer internet settings. If you clear your internet cookies and temporary internet files and close and re-open your browser this will clear up your problems.
